We will make every effort to fill orders and ensure safe arrival as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 2 business days, if not sooner. Most of the candles are made freshly when ordered so please allow time for them to be made and to cure. We use UPS and USPS to deliver all of our packages. Your order will be delivered in 5 to 10 business days from time of shipping, depending on geographical delivery location. Please note that we only accept domestic orders. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays. If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (i.e. UPS errors, inclement weather) will not warrant a refund of shipping charges. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
REFUND POLICY
Please do choose carefully!! Due to the nature of our products, items are sold as final sale. We do not refund. All orders are carefully packaged to minimize possible damage and breakage. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged in transit once they leave our warehouse, however we may refund a portion of your order in such cases. If your order has been damaged or destroyed due to improper handling whilst in transit, you should fill out a damage report with the delivery agent. You may be eligible for full compensation from the delivery agent. You must have ALL original packaging. Please note: Shippers will not honor a damage complaint made a week later!
